All sessions are currently conducted virtually.
IFS Sessions: trauma therapy with a focus on mapping and unburdening wounded parts in your internal system.
Getting Unstuck: take a deep dive into those internal conflicts that leave you feeling stuck, so you can move forward from a place of authenticity.
Emotional Expansion: helping people identify, grow, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotional experience. This is particularly helpful to people raised in families where emotions were poorly tolerated and for people whose gender identity resulted in a denial or suppression (by family, culture or religion) of the full spectrum of human emotions.
Inner Critic Work: getting to know your more critical parts of yourself in order to develop self-compassion and empathy, and ultimately heal underlying wounds that led to the self-critical voice to begin with.
Young Adults: exploring possibilities of this transition in life with special attention to increasing self-awareness and confidence, growing in your relationships with others, and exploring career opportunities that align with your values.
